Our Story
Founded in 2015, Thompson Development Alliance began with a simple but powerful idea: every young person deserves access to quality education and real-world opportunities, regardless of their background or circumstances.
What started as a small mentorship program has grown into a comprehensive organization serving over 500 students annually. We partner with leading businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to create pathways to success for young people in our community.
Today, TDA offers a wide range of programs including internships, scholarships, educational workshops, and mentorship opportunities. Our holistic approach addresses not just academic needs, but also professional development, personal growth, and community engagement.
